Newly created EFH Corp Affiliates

A utility, such as Oncor, and a new affiliate are bound by the code of conduct immediately upon creation of a new affiliate. Information on newly created affiliates will remain posted to this site for 30 consecutive days as required by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
