Metering Services
Oncor metering services provides competitive retailers (CR's) and energy service providers (ESP's) with a contact point for advanced meter services and end-use consumers with the opportunity to download IDR meter data.
Competitive Retailers and Energy Service Providers
CR's and ESP's can use the site to track requests for advanced meter services such as installing IDR (Interval Data Recorders) meters or reporting a problem with an IDR meter or requesting energy pulses. Once a request is entered into the website database, the requestor can view the request for updates or submit comments and questions.
Before a request can be submitted, the user must sign on to the system. New participants must create an account which requires providing some background and contact information. All information is secure and confidential.
End-Use Consumers
End-use consumers can sign on to the IDR meter portal and download the most recent 24 months of IDR data recorded on their account.
