Land Developers

Commercial or residential land developers work with a Oncor project manager for electric infrastructure design and construction.

Project managers are assigned a geographic territory. If you have developments in different sections of the metroplex and/or in non-metro areas, you will probably deal with more than one project manager.

Project managers are a developer's point of contact for:

• Determining financial participation
• Estimating load profiles
• Determining temporary service requirements
• Locating existing facilities
• Design and construction of permanent facilities
• Coordinating project schedules
• Conducting final walk-through
