Stages of Construction

Slab Stage - Foundation poured (no forms) and lot is close to final grade.* Path for service lateral should be free from obstructions.**

Frame (or batterboard) Stage - House framed and lot close to final grade.*  Path for service lateral should be free from obstructions.**

Brick Stage - House bricked and lot close to final grade.* Path for service lateral should be free from obstructions.**

Late Complete Stage - Driveway is poured or other obstructions** are usually in the pathway for service lateral construction. Lot is close to final grade.*

*If the final lot grade changes more or less than 8", the builder incurs the expense to re-bury service lateral according to specification.

** In most cases, builder will incur the expense to bore under obstructions for electric service.
